• Layout & Design: Armed with your brief, our team of expert designers will craft a bespoke layout and design tailored specifically to your brand's identity and the service you've paid for.
• Stock photos: If your project needs the perfect image but you're lacking the necessary assets, no worries. Simply share your vision with your designer, and they'll source the most fitting stock photos for you to choose from. Note however that due to licensing restrictions we are unable to provide stock photos for Canva template services. In such instances we will leverage imagery that you provide in combination with picture placeholders.
• Quality guaranteed: Don’t pay extra for changes: If you feel we don’t nail it the first time around, you can sit back and relax knowing we’ll get you to a design you’re thrilled with. We won’t rest until you’re happy your design.
• Design Hub: Our user-friendly portal simplifies how you handle all your creative projects. It enables effortless management of your design requests, seamless communication with your designer, and the initiation of new jobs with just a few clicks.
• Perpetual Usage: All final assets that we deliver are yours to use forever. This ensures you have total freedom with your designs, with no strings attached.
• No contracts: Buy your assets on a per-project basis with editable files included. This provides you with the freedom to use ZOODESIGN^® exactly when you need it, without any obligations.
• Turnaround time: Typically, projects are returned to you within 5-8 business days. However, the specific turnaround time will depend on the intricacies of your request, and we'll always strive to meet your needs promptly. For those moments when you simply can't wait, we offer a Rapid Turnaround to deliver your project at lightning speed. This is an optional extra service that you can choose when adding a service to your cart.
• Quality Assurance: Our dedicated Quality Assurance process meticulously reviews each asset produced, ensuring it aligns with your brand guidelines, your project brief, and maintains the highest standards of design aesthetics.

Exclusions

• Platform implementation: Unless stated, once your project is complete we'll hand over the final assets, including all working files. From there, it's up to you to implement these assets on the desired platforms. Exceptions include Landing Page development and Email development, which come with full implementation.
• Scope of Service:The scope of service is limited to components of a job that are explicitly listed. If you don't see it, it’s not included. Looking for something not mentioned? Feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.
• Copywriting: As a standard, you'll need to provide all necessary text as part of your initial brief. However, if you're short on time or unsure how to convey your message, our expert copywriters can step in. Simply give us a rough idea of what you want to communicate, and we’ll transform it into compelling, polished copy that resonates. This is an optional extra service that you can choose when adding a service to your cart.
• Creative Concept: We do not develop a creative concept for prior approval. Instead, we rely on you to provide a detailed creative brief, which our designers will follow to bring your vision to life.
• Account Management: Differing from the traditional agency model, ZOODESIGN^® does not assign a designated Account Manager to individual projects. For any assistance, our Customer Support team is readily available Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm AEST, committed to resolving any queries or concerns with efficiency and care.
• Overly-Complex Design Requirements:We strive to accommodate a wide range of design briefs, however, they must be considered reasonable by our expert team. Briefs that are deemed overly complex will not be accepted.
• Animation and Illustration: We focus on delivering high-quality custom designs that are impactful and cost-effective. To achieve this, our services may include basic illustrations where deemed relevant, however animation and complex illustrations are excluded.
• Interactive and Dynamic Content: Requests for interactive or dynamic content such as interactive PDFs, clickable prototypes, or any other media requiring interactive elements are excluded.
• Print Production Management: While design files will be provided in high-resolution, print-ready formats, ZOODESIGN^® does not handle print production management or liaise with printing vendors.
• Multiple Language Versions: Design of assets in multiple languages is not included and may incur additional costs.
• Out of Scope Revision Requests: While free revisions are included, requests for changes not aligned with the original brief will be subject to additional charges.
